    The CompTIA Strata IT Fundamentals certificate program offers  individuals a broad introduction to computing technology and serves as a critical stepping stone to advanced technical learning and IT skills.  The exam measures an individual's knowledge of basic IT terminology and skills, such as setting up a basic PC work station, installing software, identifying compatibility issues and recognizing and preventing basic security risks.
