Elite Training & Certification Center, LLC (ETCC) is a Limited Liability C Corporation located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Launched in August 2009, ETCC offers secured computer delivered certification and licensure exams. ETCC has partnered with TechSharpas to offer IT training in a wide array of areas for residents of the Mecklenburg region and surrounding counties.

Services are geared toward certification candidates, businesses, and educational facilities in and around the Charlotte region. Customers and clients include members of the population who need certification and/or licensure for occupations and career paths, as well as educational institutions, human resource offices, unemployment agencies, temporary staffing agencies, and schools and churches, just to name a few.

ETCC maintains a state-of-the-art computerized testing facility that serves individuals, employers, and professional organizations, using computer-based technology, high speed Internet access, client specific security technology and other cutting edge processes.
