ServSafe Certification puts this training to the test with the valid and reliable ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. It is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP), and it is recognized by more jurisdictions than any other food safety program. The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) has awarded more than 2.7 million ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certifications. ServSafe brings the lessons to life with real world scenarios. The examination is administered at the conclusion of the 12 hour course. In North Carolina, your restaurant will receive a two point bonus on its health inspection if at least one employee has attended a workshop and passes the examination. This workshop will not only increase the knowledge of managers and staff but also improve your business sanitation score. The Workshop consists of information from the ServSafe® Essentials, Fifth Edition textbook. The textbook has been updated to reflect the latest food safety science based on the 2007 Supplement to the 2005 FDA Food Code. All classes use the 2005 FDA Food Code. |
